Captions and Audio Description with Ducking

Note: According to the JW Player guide to Embedding Flash, "JavaScript interaction does not work with an embed code". That's why the volume is not updated below (took me some pain to figure that out). It does work in Chrome, Opera, and Safari. But not in IE8 or Firefox 3.x or 4 beta.
