Player is created with the following options:

• texttrack: 'en' (to enable English captions by default)
• controls: false
• loop: false
• autoplay: false

Results:

• Captions can be toggled with the external button, and are visible when toggled on.
• Video does not autoplay.
• Video does not loop.
• Default volume is 1 (maximum).
